Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes things don't arrive as you expect. If this is the case and you would like a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.

You will be responsible for postage costs. Original postage will be deducted from your refund. If you have any worries, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be shipped and a further 14 days for delivery (longer for areas affected by Covid closures). Usually your order will get to you long before this time. We aim to dispatch within 3 working days.
